Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects should be aged above 18; 2. During the screening period, the patient's laboratory test results (complete blood count, urinalysis, coagulation profile, liver function tests, renal function tests, etc.) were within normal limits (< 1.5 times the reference range); 3. Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus undergoing elective off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery; 4. Patients who are able to understand the nature of the study and sign an informed consent form; 5. The patient or their legal guardian has consented to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The researchers believe that there are circumstances regarding the participants that could potentially interfere with the study results. 2. Patients with severe renal insufficiency prior to surgery or who require dialysis; 3. Patients with severe preoperative renal insufficiency: glomerular filtration rate = 30 kg/m^2). 6. Patients undergoing other cardiac surgeries during the same period;
