Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Refractive surgery patients aged 18–35 years who underwent Small Incision Lenticule Extraction(SMILE) at our hospital; 2. Preoperative power: spherical -1.00 ~ -9.00 D, cylindrical < -1.50 D; 3. Soft contact lenses discontinued for more than 2 weeks; 4. The corneal lenticules of the patients were extracted and preserved intact.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with active ocular inflammation, keratoconus, glaucoma, retinal diseases and other ocular disorders were excluded; 2. Patients with adnexal disorders such as eyelid defect, deformity and lagophthalmos were excluded; 3. Patients with systemic diseases such as autoimmune diseases and diabetes mellitus were excluded. 4. Patients with psychological or psychiatric disorders such as depression and anxiety, as well as severe thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy, were excluded.
