20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age between 20-40 years old; 2 No regular paravertebral muscle exercise in the short term (1 year); 3 No previous lumbar spine surgery and no history of major trauma; 4 Have sufficient time and willingness to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Have spinal diseases such as congenital spinal deformity, spinal dysplasia, cervical myelopathy, lumbar disc herniation, etc.; 2 Have muscle and neurological diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, myasthenia gravis, etc.; 3 The subject is unable to complete the exercise program due to accidental injury or subjective will during the intervention; 4 The general data and imaging data are complete.
