Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years, female, not pregnant or breastfeeding; pathologically confirmed ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, or endometrial cancer by postoperative pathological examination or biopsy, with a clear pathological subtype, meeting any of the following criteria: (1) Patients with primary tumors (without distant metastasis, planning or having undergone surgical removal of the primary lesion); (2) Patients with metastatic tumors (such as ovarian cancer with abdominal metastasis, cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis, etc., from whom metastatic tissue samples can be obtained); (3) Patients planning to receive or having received chemotherapy/targeted therapy (able to provide paired tumor tissue samples before and after treatment); (4) Drug-resistant patients (clinically or radiologically confirmed resistance to at least one first-line chemotherapy or targeted therapy drug, such as tumor progression or recurrence during treatment, able to provide tumor tissue samples after resistance). 2. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other malignant tumors, and clinical cure has not been achieved (clinical cure: no recurrence or metastasis 5 years after surgery); 2. Combined with other hereditary diseases or severe diseases of major organs; 3. Tumor type does not match: pathological diagnosis of borderline tumor, benign tumor, or other malignant tumors not among the three aforementioned gynecological tumors; 4. Unable to complete sampling for various reasons or the sample does not meet the requirements; 5. Other situations where the researcher deems participation inappropriate.
