Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clear consciousness, aged >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with cerebral infarction or intracerebral hemorrhage in accordance with the diagnostic criteria specified in Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases (2024 Edition), confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 3. Dysphagia diagnosed matching the diagnostic criteria from Chinese Expert Consensus on Assessment and Management of Dysphagia; 4. Stable vital signs and capable of oral feeding; 5. Intact verbal communication ability to cooperate with assessments and investigations; 6. Voluntary participation in this study, completion of questionnaires and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive dysfunction; 2. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, malignant tumor or other critical comorbidities; 3. Previous history of dysphagia; 4. Past neck surgery or trauma history; 5. Those allergic to the intervention treatments.
