Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Long-term hospitalization ICD-10 diagnosis of schizophrenia patients; 2.Long-term hospitalization, continuous hospitalization time >= 6 months; 3.Aged >= 18 years; 4.In stable phase : Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale ( PANSS ) total score <= 75; 5.No severe organic diseases ( such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors, etc. ) were found. 6.Conscious, with basic reading and communication skills, can cooperate to complete the assessment and intervention. 7.Voluntary participation in the study and signing of informed consent ( if the patient is unable to make decisions, signed by his legal guardian ).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe impulse, self-injury or other injury risk, or in acute psychiatric symptoms; 2.Patients who recently received modified electroconvulsive therapy ( MECT ); 3.Patients with severe mental retardation ( IQ < 70 ) or mental cognitive impairment, unable to communicate and cooperate normally.
