18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent pancreatic surgery for pancreatic space occupying lesions in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University; 2. There was no antibiotic treatment, no severe diarrhea, and no regular diet within two weeks before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Older patients, specific age >80 years old patients and more basic diseases can not tolerate surgery; 2. Patients with missing follow-up; 3. Those who cannot collect feces during the perioperative period.
