Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Gender: Unrestricted; 3. Visited the Health Management Department of the Zengcheng Campus, Nanfang Hospital, Soutl University between September 2022 and September 2023, and lost contact for over 1 year. (1) Complete baseline data: Complete general clinical data: gender, age, blood pressure (SBP, DBP), BMI; (2) Complete laboratory test results: four lipid profile items (TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C); three renal fution items (UA, CR, BUN); three liver function items (ALT, AST, ALB); fasting blood glucose; three thyroid function items (FT3, FT4, TSH); complete blood count (MONO, PLT, NE, LYM). (3) Complete imaging examination results: thyroid, liver, and kidney ultrasound.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 50 years; 2. Thyroid dysfunction or treatment history, thyroid solid nodules; 3. Other kidney lesions: polycystic kidney, sponge kidney, kidney shrinkage, hydronephrosis, kidney absence, malignant tumor; 4. Other liver lesions: liver cirrhosis, malignant tumor.
