Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diabetes patients: According to the "Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes in China (2024 Edition)", a definitive diagnosis has been made. Including: T1DM, T2DM, GDM, and other specific types of diabetes. 2.Public: Not diagnosed with diabetes. 3.Aged >= 18 years, permanent resident of the local area (continuous residence > 6 months). 4.Voluntary participation in research. 5.Able to understand the questionnaire, cooperate with the survey, and sign the informed consent form. 6.Be able to read or watch relevant health education materials and understand the health guidance provided by HCPs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.After repeated explanations by the investigator, the respondent (or family member) refused to participate in the survey. 2.After at least three follow-up visits at different times, the subject of the investigation was not found. 3.Research subjects who are unable to understand the informed consent form, have a history of mental illness, have language communication barriers, or are unconscious and unable to cooperate.
