Index test:POCT technology is used to detect pathological tissue specimens and determine the mycobacterial species.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The inclusion criteria for positive samples were as follows: positive acid-fast staining on histopathological examination; the specimen was obtained from a patient with a clinical diagnosis of nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) disease, and the patient showed a favorable response to the anti-NTM treatment regimen. 2.Control disease samples were required to meet the following criteria: negative acid-fast staining on histopathological examination, and clinical exclusion of nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) disease in the patient from whom the specimen was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients deemed by the investigator to be ineligible for participation in this study.
