Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients (1) Pathologically diagnosed with benign brain tumors. (2) Aged 18 years or older and younger than 80 years. (3) Score of the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form (FoP-Q-SF) >= 34. (4) Being informed of the diagnosis. (5) Voluntarily participating in this study. (6) Having a fixed primary caregiver who provides care for no less than 20 hours per week and has served as a caregiver for a minimum of 3 months. 2. Primary Caregivers (1) Aged 18 years or older. (2) Acting as the primary caregiver who takes charge of daily care, with a weekly care time of no less than 20 hours. (3) Score of the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form (FoP-Q-SF) >= 34. (4) Being aware of the patient’s condition. (5) Clear consciousness and normal verbal communication ability. (6) Voluntarily participating in the study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion Criteria for Patients (1) History of mental illness, severe cognitive impairment, or severe visual, auditory and speech disorders. (2) Suffering from severe cardiac or hepatic dysfunction, or having a history of other malignant tumors. (3) Currently participating in similar research studies. 2. Exclusion Criteria for Caregivers (1) History of mental illness or severe cognitive impairment. (2) Severe cardiac, hepatic or renal insufficiency, or diagnosis of other malignant tumors. (3) Severe visual, auditory or language disorders that prevent assessment or online communication. (4) Participation in other ongoing clinical studies of psychological intervention.
