Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with sarin-type isolated gastric varices (IGV) and gastric varices type II (GOV2) bleeding. 2 Patients who did not undergo interventional treatment for portal hypertension. 3 Age range: 25-80 years, no gender restrictions. 4 All patients were informed and signed consent forms. 5 The feasibility of endoscopic tissue glue injection therapy was assessed through gastroscopy examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of contraindications for gastrointestinal endoscopy examinations; 2. Uncorrectable disseminated intravascular coagulation or multi-organ failure; 3. Uncontrolled HE or hemorrhagic shock; 4. Patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, significant ascites.
