Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HIV-Infected Patients Diagnosed and Receiving Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) at Huize County People's Hospital; 2. Duration of Antiretroviral Therapy >= 12 Months; 3. Age >= 18 Years at Initiation of ART; 4. With Available Baseline and 12-Month CD4? T-Cell Count, 12-Month Viral Load After Treatment, and Complete Follow-Up Records; 5. Baseline CD4? T-C< 500 Cells/µL and Achievement of Virological Suppression< 50 Copies/mL); 6. Complete Medication Adherence Records During Treatment, Allowing Clear Evaluation of Antiretroviral Adherence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Duration of Antiretroviral Therapy = 500 Cells/µL or Failure to Achieve Virological Suppression (Viral Load >= 50 Copies/mL), Not Meeting the Baseline Criteria for Poor Immune Reconstitution in This Study; 5. Interrupted Follow-Up Data Due to Loss to Follow-Up, Death, Transfer to Another Hospital, etc., Resulting in Inability to Complete Efficacy Evaluation; 6. Duplicate Registration, Incomplete Data Records, or Logical Contradictions That Render Effective Data Sorting and Analysis Impossible; 7. Comorbidity With Other Immune Diseases, Malignant Tumors, End-Stage Org
