Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 years. 2. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) >=50%. 3. New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class <=III. 4.Patients scheduled for elective PCI based on preoperative assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiogenic shock. 2. Preoperative coronary CTA indicating left main coronary artery disease. 3. Chronic total occlusion lesions. 4. Diffuse calcific lesions.
