Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. ICU stay >= 48 hours; 3. Diagnosed as PICS using a post-intensive care syndrome assessment scale at one month after hospital discharge; 4. Clear consciousness, with a certain level of communication ability and capable of fully expressing inner feelings; 5. Discharged to home rather than admitted to a rehabilitation facility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in this study; 2. Patients with severe mental illness; 3. Patients with severe organ failure, death, or treatment withdrawal; 4. Patients with worsening disease.
