Group A:The first phase involves conventional training (CT), and the second phase involves multisensory training (MST).
Group B:In the first stage, receive Multi-Sensory Training (MST), and in the second stage, receive Conventional Training (CT)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal vision or corrected-to-normal vision; 2. Normal hearing and superficial sensation; 3. No history of neurological, psychiatric, or upper limb bone and joint diseases; 4. Able to understand and complete the pegboard training and subsequent motor imagery tasks; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of epilepsy; 2. Recent use of medications affecting central nervous system excitability or motor performance; 3. Severe sleep deprivation; 4. Presence of significant upper limb motor impairment or cutaneous sensory abnormalities, as well as inability to consistently complete the experimental tasks.
