Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill patients admitted to the Pediatric Critical Care Unit of Hainan Children's Hospital who require monitoring of invasive arterial blood pressure based on their condition. 2. Aged between 2 and 18 years old, with a weight over 10 kg. 3. Patients classified as I-III by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), with blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations within the normal range for their age at admission. 4. The parents or legal guardians of the patient have signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with allergies to opioids or general anesthetics. 2. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction. 3. Long-term use of anesthetic or opioid drugs. 4. Already in a state of analgesia and sedation. 5. Severe electrolyte imbalance. 6. Contraindicated for fentanyl or oxycodone. 7. Unstable vital signs (abnormal blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation), making it difficult to maintain basic vital signs with medication. 8. The child or guardian requests withdrawal.
