Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years; (2) Definite diagnosis of Stanford type A aortic dissection (TAAD) confirmed by CTA; (3) Time from symptom onset to first CTA examination = 14 days; (4) Complete whole-aorta CTA examination performed at the time of initial admission, with imaging data meeting the modeling requirements of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Prior history of aortic disease or aortic surgery; (2) Aortic trauma, infective aortic disease, or other aortic pathologies primarily driven by atypical inflammatory/infectious mechanisms; (3) Concurrent hereditary connective tissue disorders (e.g., Marfan syndrome, Loeys–Dietz syndrome, Ehlers–Danlos syndrome); (4) Incomplete clinical course or imaging data, or transfer to another hospital during treatment with inability to obtain information on rupture or other relevant outcomes; (5) Death or severe bleeding events confirmed by clinical and imaging evaluation to be not caused by structural aortic rupture; (6) Concurrent pregnancy.
