Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preschool children aged 3–6 years who are enrolled in kindergartens in Suqian. 2. The questionnaire is completed by the child’s primary caregiver, defined as a person who has lived with the child in the past month (including parents, grandparents, or other primary caregivers). 3. The caregiver is able to understand the questionnaire and complete it independently online. 4. The caregiver provides informed consent and voluntarily agrees to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers report that the child has severe visual impairment or a diagnosed neurodevelopmental disorder, such as autism spectrum disorder or severe intellectual disability. 2. The respondent is not the child’s primary caregiver.
