Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurse: 1. Emergency department nurse with at least 1 year of clinical work experience; 2. Participate in emergency infusion and patient care under observation; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and agree to accept relevant interviews or questionnaire surveys. Patient: 1. Emergency infusion or observation patients, aged = 18 years old; 2. Have sufficient comprehension ability to cooperate in participating in interviews or filling out questionnaires; 3. Patients or their families give informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurse: A nurse who is unwilling to participate in the study or has not provided informed consent. Patients: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment, mental illness, and other factors that affect communication; 2. Patients who are unable to cooperate in conducting interviews or filling out questionnaires; 3. The patient is in an acute critical condition and cannot participate in the investigation.
