Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Register for a medical card at the obstetric outpatient department of the hospital and have regular prenatal check-ups. 2.At 24 to 28 weeks of pregnancy, the patient was diagnosed with gestational diabetes through a 75g oral glucose tolerance test. 3. Receive non-pharmaceutical management at the obstetric nutrition clinic; 4. Proficient in using a smart phone and having a wechat account; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. GDM patients who need drug treatment; 2. There are contraindications to exercise, including multiple pregnancies, severe pregnancy complications or comorbidities; 3. Those with cognitive or mental disorders who are unable to cooperate.
