The Effects of Pressure-Controlled Volume-Guaranteed Ventilation (PCV-VG) on Infants and Young Children Undergoing Da Vinci Robotic Surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants and young children scheduled for elective Da Vinci robotic surgery; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status Class II; 3. No history of respiratory tract infection within two weeks before surgery (absence of fever, cough, rhinorrhea, wheezing and other symptoms, with no evidence of infection in routine blood tests and chest radiography); 4. No previous history of pulmonary diseases; 5. No thoracic or pulmonary malformations; 6. Signed informed consent obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of respiratory tract infection within two weeks preoperatively; 2. Previous history of pulmonary or thoracic surgery; 3. Thoracic or pulmonary malformations; 4. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5. Known allergy to opioids; 6. Asthma; 7. Concurrent participation in other interventional studies under general anesthesia; 8. Refusal to provide informed consent.
