Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60 years or above, male and female eligible, community-dwelling residents; 2.Clear consciousness, normal verbal communication, and capable of completing all assessments cooperatively; 3.Able to walk independently for no less than 10 meters (walking aids permitted); 4.No severe hearing or visual impairment; 5.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 6.Stable physical condition within the past one month, with no acute severe diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed dementia (including Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, etc.), Parkinson’s disease, sequelae of stroke or severe cognitive impairment; 2.Severe osteoarthropathy, hemiplegia or physical disability that prevents completion of motor assessments; 3.Fractures, major surgeries or severe trauma within the past 3 months; 4.Unstable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, end-stage diseases such as hepatic or renal failure; 5.Long-term use of psychotropic medications affecting cognition or motor function with no possibility of drug withdrawal; 6.Current participation in other similar research projects.
