Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years; 2.Patients with clinically suspected primary aldosteronism; 3.Underwent paired 18F-AldoView PET/CT and PET/MRI examinations; 4.Received adrenalectomy or adrenal artery embolization, with standardized follow-up for at least 3 months after the procedure;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to maintain supine position, or with contraindications to MRI (e.g., metallic implants, claustrophobia); 2.Planning pregnancy, pregnant, or breastfeeding; 3.Psychiatric disorders, cognitive impairment, or inability to cooperate with the examination and follow-up;
