Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Observation Group 1: Male athletes (n=15) from the judo team and weightlifting team of Hebei Province who were diagnosed with hyperuricemia. Inclusion criteria: meeting the ACR/EULAR gout diagnostic criteria or having a blood uric acid value of 420umol/L or above. Observation Group 2: Healthy male athletes (n=15, matched with sport type, age and gender).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Observation Group 1: Combined with kidney disease, diabetes or other metabolic diseases.
