20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male, aged 20–35. 2. A serving firefighter who undertakes regular physical training; 3. Has no recent musculoskeletal injuries; 4. No known cardiovascular or neurological conditions or balance disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lower limb or spinal injury within the past 3 months. 2. Severe hypertension, heart disease, or epilepsy. 3. Use of medications that may affect cognition or balance (e.g., sedatives). 4. Fatigue, sleep deprivation, or alcohol consumption on the day of testing.
