Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-80 years old low rectal cancer. 2.Underwent low anterior resection of rectal cancer and terminal ileostomy, and elective stoma closure was performed 3 to 6 months later. 3.The clinical stage was stage 3 or below. 4.All patients were followed up for more than 6 months. 5.Patients participating in this project voluntarily sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other infectious, autoimmune, radiation enteritis and inflammatory bowel disease; 2.Combined with other digestive tract tumor or history of digestive tract tumors; 3.Those who underwent neoadjuvant or postoperative radiotherapy; 4.Those who got anastomotic leakage or severe abdominal infection; 5.Clinical follow-up data is incomplete; 6.Other patients who were not eligible for included.
