Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatient nurses at N2-N3 levels; 2. Trainees should read at least one literature article per week, take good notes, and be able to complete the training-related assignments. 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses from other institutions who are on further education or internship; 2. Those who plan to take a vacation or are unable to participate in the training normally due to health reasons during the research period.
