Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for T2DM as outlined in the *Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes (2024 Edition)*; 2. Aged 18–70 years; 3. Diagnosed for >=0.5 years; 4. No speech or literacy impairments for quantitative studies; for qualitative studies, participants must exhibit characteristics of disordered eating behaviors and be able to communicate effectively; 5. Signed an informed consent form. Healthcare professionals: 1. Directly provide T2DM diagnosis, treatment, nursing, education, or counseling services; 2. Have >=3 years of work experience; 3. Voluntarily participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Severe complications of diabetes; 2. Severe mental illness; 3. Acute metabolic disorders and other unstable medical conditions. Healthcare personnel: 1. Those not directly involved in the daily management of T2DM (e.g., administrative staff, laboratory technicians)
