Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with first-ever ischemic stroke, within 14 days to 2 months post-onset, and with stable vital signs; 2.Aged 50 years or older; 3.Patients or their caregivers have a clear understanding of dietary intake over the past at least 4 weeks and are willing to cooperate with the dietary survey; 4.Able to cooperate and complete all required tests; 5.Willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a prior diagnosis of ischemic stroke; 2.Intracerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, or subdural hematom; 3.Patients with severe systemic diseases (heart failure, renal failure, liver failure), severe musculoskeletal disorders, severe pulmonary infection, advanced tumors, cardiac pacemaker implantation, edema, or limb deficiency/amputation;
