Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PPV group:Retinal detachment patients undergoing pars plana vitrectomy, aged 15 or older with informed consent, with no gender restrictions; 2. SB group:Retinal detachment patients undergoing scleral buckling, aged 15 or older with informed consent, with no gender restrictions; 3. Control group:Patients with retinal detachment who are >=15 years old with signed informed consent and no gender restriction, undergoing retinal detachment reattachment surgery in the other eye.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PPV group: Any previous eye surgery other than pars plana vitrectomy, history of retinal diseases (such as choroidal neovascularization, diabetic retinopathy, and central serous chorioretinopathy), glaucoma, spherical equivalent >=6 diopters (D), anisometropia >=1.5 D, poor image quality, and missing medical records; 2. SB gtoup: Any previous eye surgery other than scleral buckling, history of retinal diseases (such as choroidal neovascularization, diabetic retinopathy, and central serous chorioretinopathy), glaucoma, spherical equivalent >=6 diopters (D), anisometropia >=1.5 D, poor image quality, and missing medical records; 3. Control group: Any previous eye surgery , history of retinal diseases (such as choroidal neovascularization, diabetic retinopathy, and central serous chorioretinopathy), glaucoma, spherical equivalent >=6 diopters (D), anisometropia >=1.5 D, poor image quality, and missing medical records;
