17 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 17–50 years, with a desire for refractive correction and mentally healthy. 2.Stable refraction (with less than 0.50 D increase per year over the past two years). 3.Refractive error meeting: myopia = -10.00 D, astigmatism = 280 µm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with keratoconus or corneal ectatic diseases. 2.Patients with active ocular diseases (e.g., keratitis, severe dry eye, uveitis, etc.). 3.Patients with a history of previous ocular surgery. 4.Patients with active systemic diseases (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes mellitus, etc.). 5.Patients with psychiatric disorders. 6.Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
