Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic Ankle Instability (CAI) Population (1) Unilateral ankle sprain; (2) History of at least two recurrent unilateral ankle sprains, with the most recent sprain occurring more than 3 months ago; (3) FAAM-ADL score <= 90%; (4) FAAM-Sport score <= 80%; (5) No prior formal rehabilitation treatment for the injured ankle; (6) Maintained physical activity of at least 90 minutes per week, three times per week, over the past 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgical history (such as bones, joint structures, and nerves); 2. History of lower limb fractures; 3. History of neurological diseases; 4. Acute injury to the musculoskeletal structure of the lower limb joints within the past 3 months; 5. Having metal implants in the body (such as cardiac pacemakers, vascular stents, metal dentures, etc.); 6. Individuals with claustrophobia.
