Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=65 years old 2.ASA physical status I–III 3.Elderly patients with femoral neck fracture scheduled for hip arthroplasty under general anesthesia 4.Able to cooperate with fNIRS monitoring (resting and task states) and preoperative/postoperative scale assessments 5.Voluntarily signed informed consent and agreed to follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative cognitive impairment, disturbance of consciousness, history of mental illness; long-term use of opioids, benzodiazepines, or antipsychotics 2.Participation in other clinical trials involving cerebral function monitoring or postoperative cognitive assessment within the past 3 months
