Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed with Stage I–III cancer 2. Alert and oriented, with basic communication and reading abilities 3. Willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer recurrence or metastasis 2. Cognitive impairment or a history of mental illness 3. Severe communication difficulties (e.g., hearing or speech impairments) 4. Plans to reside long-term in another location, making follow-up visits impossible.
