Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Diagnosed with gastric cancer through pathology or imaging; 3.Plan to receive anti-tumor treatments such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or surgery; 4.No active bleeding; 5.Not receiving prophylactic or therapeutic anticoagulant drugs; 6.Expected survival period >= 3 months; 7.The patient or legal representative signs a written informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Merge congenital or acquired coagulation dysfunction; 2.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3.Active infection; 4. thrombosis or bleeding related diseases: (1) VTE or arterial thrombotic events were diagnosed within 3 months before enrollment; (2) Recent (within 1 month) history of severe bleeding (BARC grade 3-5); (3) Contraindications to anticoagulant therapy exist (such as platelet count<50 × 10^9 /L, allergic history)
