Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI); 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years; 3. Assessed by a cardiologist and a rehabilitation therapist as suitable for participating in this program; 4. Willing and able to provide written informed consent to participate in the study; 5. No hearing impairment and able to complete telephone interviews; 6. Own a smartphone and be proficient in using WeChat and WeChat mini-programs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to exercise rehabilitation (e.g., untreated ventricular tachycardia, severe heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension or hypotension, significant movement limitations, etc.); 2. Unable to use the WeChat mini-program after receiving instructions; 3. Require a walking aid for mobility; 4. Currently participating in other clinical trials; 5. Any other reasons for which the physician deems the patient unsuitable for participation in this study.
