Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or above; 2.The child under their care must have been diagnosed with ASD by a qualified medical professional.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a severe mental disorder or neurocognitive disorder, including schizophrenia or neurocognitive disorders caused by organic brain disease; 2. Having visual, hearing, or intellectual impairments that may affect participation in the study; 3. Having drug or alcohol dependence; 4. Having previously received acceptance and commitment therapy or mindfulness-based interventions.
