Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a definite diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, recurrent acute pancreatitis (=2 episodes), or chronic pancreatitis (with imaging or functional evidence). 2.Age 18–90 years; 3.Possess at least one modifiable behavioral risk factor associated with recurrence: self-reported emotional eating; presence of reward-driven eating behavior; poor dietary adherence after discharge. 4.In remission or in the recovery phase; 5.Possess basic communication and comprehension skills. 6.Voluntarily participate and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, such as dementia, schizophrenia, or major depression with suicide risk, that precludes cooperation with intervention or data collection. 2.Complicated with other severe organic diseases, such as advanced malignant tumors, severe heart failure, end-stage renal disease, etc., with a life expectancy of less than 6 months. 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women (due to the potential involvement of special physiological states in dietary intervention and weight management). 4.Presence of a history of definite surgical treatment or endoscopic intervention for pancreatic disease, such as after pancreatic necrosectomy or within 1 month after pancreatic stent placement (the acute phase may affect behavioral assessment). 5.Participation in other similar behavioral intervention studies (to avoid intervention contamination). Inability to complete follow-up, e.g., planned long-term discharge from the hospital, lack of stable contact information, etc.
