Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinical patients who have undergone elective hip or knee joint replacement surgery or have visited the orthopedics department of Li Huili Hospital due to traumatic fractures and have agreed to undergo surgery are eligible, regardless of age, gender or weight.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients taking bone health-related medications, as well as those with bone or muscle tissue lesions or severe infections.
