Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing biopsy or surgery for breast disease who can provide tissue specimens for pathological examination. This includes patients with both benign breast disease and malignant breast tumors. For patients with malignant breast tumors, there are no restrictions on: * ECOG Performance Status (PS) score * Tumor TNM staging * Tumor molecular subtype; 2. Patients must be age >=18 years of age and provide informed consent (i.e., willingly and voluntarily participate in the project and be able to sign the informed consent form independently).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who refuse to participate in the clinical observational study.
