Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients with male-factor infertility who are willing to participate as volunteers in this study, as well as PCOS patients attending our center, between May 1, 2026, and April 30, 2029.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of hepatobiliary diseases. 2. Co-infection with pathogens such as Epstein-Barr virus or hepatitis virus. 3. Significant changes in diet or use of antibiotics within the past month. 4. Regular use of probiotic products. 5. Presence of autoimmune diseases. 6. Co-existing severe medical or surgical conditions. 7. Presence of bacterial or fungal infections. 8. Inability to cooperate with the study investigators. 9. Considered by the investigators to be otherwise ineligible for participation.
