Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who met the 1984 New York diagnostic criteria, were conscious and gave informed consent were screened from the AS observation cohort

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with spinal ankylosis, abnormal bone metabolism, or incomplete data were excluded.
