Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent to participate in postoperative transitional care activities and signed the informed consent form; 2. Undergoing pars plana vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade for the first time; 3. Aged >=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intellectual disabilities, mental illnesses and severe cognitive dysfunction; 2. Those who are unable to cooperate with the lower body position.
