Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for this study are healthy adults aged between 18 and 25 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficulty in performing cycling exercise or presence of significant orthopedic problems; 2. Current smoking or a history of smoking within the past 6 months (which may interfere with baseline urinary 8-OHdG levels); 3. Excessive alcohol consumption (exceeding recommended safety limits) or a history of substance abuse; 4. Abnormal dietary quality screening results (Recommended Food Score [RFS] > 36, indicating a dietary pattern that may interfere with baseline anthocyanin intake); 5. BMI > 27.5 kg/m ² (based on WHO Asian obesity criteria), or abnormal body fat percentage deemed unsuitable for exercise testing by researchers; 6. Intake of potent nutritional supplements (e.g., creatine, ß-hydroxy-ß-methylbutyrate [HMB], anabolic hormones such as androstenedione or dehydroepiandrosterone [DHEA]) within the past 6 months; 7. Use of medications, traditional Chinese medicine, or dietary supplements that may affect oxidative stress levels (including Vitamin C/E preparations, polyphenol supplements, etc.) within the past 2 months; 8.Use of medications that may interfere with antioxidant metabolism (including lipid-lowering drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, antihypertensives, antibiotics, aspirin, hypoglycemic agents, and anticoagulants) within the past 1 month; 9. History or presence of the following diseases within the past 2 years: hypertension, diabetes, atherosclerosis, chronic inflammation, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, thyroid disease, malignant tumors, or psychiatric disorders; 10. Known allergy to Aronia berry, maltodextrin, or glutinous rice capsule materials; 11. Participation in other clinical trials or interventional studies within the past 3 months; 12. Pregnancy or lactation; 13. Presence of health risks identified by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) that make exercise testing unsuitable; 14. Failure to provide written informed consent or other reasons deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigators.
