Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Lung adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology, in which stage I-II patients were confirmed as stage I or II lung adenocarcinoma by postoperative pathology, brain metastasis or bone metastasis patients were confirmed as lung adenocarcinoma metastasis by pathological biopsy or surgical resection specimens (brain metastasis was diagnosed by head MRI+ pathological biopsy, bone metastasis was diagnosed by whole body bone scan /CT+ pathological biopsy); (2) The subjects were patients before treatment (biopsy pathological specimens) or after treatment (surgical resection pathological specimens). The specimens were paraffin-embedded pathological specimens retained in the process of clinical routine diagnosis and treatment, and the quality of the specimens was good, which could meet the needs of immunohistochemical detection. (3) complete clinical data, including gender, age, pathological stage, metastatic site, treatment plan, and pathological report, which could meet the needs of research data collection; (4) Pre-treatment (biopsy) and post-treatment (surgical resection) pathological specimens were preserved in our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with a history of malignant tumor or combined with other malignant tumors; (2) incomplete data, interruption or abandonment of treatment; (3) severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction or severe hematological abnormalities before the initiation of treatment.
