18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age >=18 years; (2)Definite diagnosis of aortic disease by computed tomography angiography (CTA) or intraoperative findings; (3)Availability of baseline clinical data, imaging data, and essential laboratory indicators; (4)For participants enrolled in the prospective cohort: ability to understand the study procedures, provide written informed consent, and agree to follow-up; (5)For participants enrolled in the surgical specimen subcohort: in addition to meeting the above inclusion criteria, patients must undergo aortic-related surgery and have eligible intraoperative specimens available for collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Definite hereditary aortic disease; (2)Infectious, traumatic, iatrogenic, or inflammatory vasculitis-related aortic lesions; (3)Presence of active malignancy, active infection, severe immune system disease, or long-term systemic immunosuppressive therapy; (4)Severe missingness of clinical data; (5)For participants enrolled in the prospective cohort: anticipated inability to complete follow-up or extremely poor compliance.
