Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient underwent renal biopsy, which confirmed a diagnosis of primary IgA nephropathy; 2.Light microscopy revealed mesangial hypercellularity and matrix expansion; 3.Immunofluorescence showed IgA deposits in the mesangial area, often accompanied by C3 and IgG. Healthy group: 1. healthy patients without abnormal biochemical renal function test, urinary sediment test and proteinuria; 2. the patient's basic information (including gender, age, etc.) and laboratory indicators (blood pressure, serum creatinine, serum cystatin C, blood urea nitrogen, etc.) are complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion of secondary causes of IgA nephropathy, such as Henoch-Schönlein purpura nephritis, lupus nephritis, viral hepatitis-associated nephritis, and diabetic kidney disease; 2.Exclusion of patients who were pregnant, planning to become pregnant; 3.Exclusion of patients with other chronic underlying diseases, including coronary heart disease, essential hypertension, cerebrovascular diseases, etc.
