Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Patients previously diagnosed with non-acute myocardial ischaemic syndrome (confirmed by laboratory tests or electrocardiogram), accompanied by symptoms such as angina pectoris, and with New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class II–III; 3. Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS-09) score 4–6; 4. Able to communicate normally without language barriers; 5. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illnesses; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment; 3. Patients who have experienced major trauma or undergone surgical treatment within the past month; 4. Patients with a history of cerebral thrombosis or other brain diseases affecting limb movement; 5. Patients unwilling to cooperate with the investigation or whose questionnaire responses are invalid.
