Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A senior physician in gynecology with a vision requirement of less than 600 degrees; Junior group (n>=36): Residents (residents/trainees/masters) who have no practical experience in laparoscopic surgery (can have experience in microscopic surgery and exploration); Intermediate group (n>=6): Independently perform LM in up to 10 cases, but have experience with other level 2 surgery. (Senior Hospitalization/Attending); Expert group (n>=6): Perform more than 75 LMs as the chief surgeon and no less than 30 MIS per year. (Senior Attending Physician/Director)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Physicians with visual acuity of 600 degrees or more.
